Representation, Diversity & Inclusion




Systemic and unconscious bias lead to discrimination, under-representation, and exclusion for millions. In turn, lack of representation and systemic exclusion drive and fuel bias and discrimination. As we thrive for a fairer, more equal society, at home and in the workplace, our solutions should seek to improve representation and inclusion. The best way to do that is to expose the nature and magnitude of the problem through data and to find information-driven, effective solutions. 

LACE Framework

The Learn, Act, Celebrate (LACE) Framework is a simple tool for embedding organisational culture change to become more diverse and inclusive. The framework is versatile and can be used by organisations of any size - from large international organisations to small teams. 

The framework splits the necessary work needed to embed a sustainable, long-term cultural change into three simple elements: Learning, Actions, and Celebration. The three categories are further split into a Five Grid Matrix, a tool that provides more details for implementation. 

The Framework is great for managers and leaders of organisations that are looking to boost their diversity and inclusion, as well as diversity and inclusion professionals looking for an edge and professionals interested in learning how they can make a difference.

The R Project aims to improve representation and inclusion of those who are often marginalised in society and in organisations by helping organisations to develop and implement practical, measurable, and sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Also helping individuals and organisations working in the social justice arena to access, learn from, adopt, and  promote diversity and inclusion best practices 




Providing effective solutions and tools for organisations and individuals to effectively understand and address exclusion and under-representation. Services include:

  • Objectively assessing and reporting on organisations' Inclusivity and Representation 

  • Developing Actionable Solutions for improving equity, inclusion and representation

  • Individual and group coaching  




Oftentimes we go about our daily business without noticing under representation and exclusion. The world around may seem 'normal' to us because that's what we are used to. But often hiding in plain sight are the facts about the scourge of exclusion and under-representation. Through data-driven stories and information, The R Project  aims to keep the light, and hopefully the eyes of the world, peeled to the often-hidden or ignored truth.

Through our articles, we share opinions and comment on various topics relating to current affairs, trends, and developments in the world of diversity.  In these pieces, we aim to be balanced and informative, but as these are opinions and personal commentaries, they are oftentimes subjective, emotional, and even political. But that's all part of having healthy, progressive discourse on these difficult issues. If you have differing or competing ideas, please bring them to the table and let them battle other ideas. That is how we make progress.
